2. Send her (yourself) a provisional booking email. Does it arrive?
3. An hour later she phones again to inform us that her friend will join her. Add another single room to Miss Grateful booking and send her (yourself) a booking confirmation email.
4. Check-in online. Does it save the guest details?
5. Is the capacity of her friends room shown correctly?
6. Now alter the 'Nights' of staying in the booking window (Your choice how many nights). Does it update the departure date?
7. How about the calendar: Are the extra nights added in the scheduler?
8. The ladies book an activity with us. See if it is still possible to save negative numbers. (If so, do not save them.)
9. Check them out. Miss Grateful pays with card (+service fee) and a 50R tip and ..
10. .. her friend pays 150R in cash and the rest with card (+service fee).
11. Is the service fee added in the 'Total'?
12. Invoice amount correct?
13. Mister Woodstock is at the reception and wants to check him plus his two teenage sons in. He will stay for two nights in a double bed room,...
