1. Make a booking for yourself. | ||
2. Change the name in 'Guests' tab. | ||

4. (If not) Send a confirmation email. Again, chose another guest and fill in the necessary details. | ||
5. Back in booking form: Did it amend the changes? (And check in) | ||
6. Open POS and see if you could add drinks on your tab, ... | ||
7. ...or simply only on the guest's one. | ||
8. In Pay Bills, click on pay icon. Redirected to payment window, try if you can drag and drop yourself and the guest. | ||
9. Pay cash and check out. | ||
10. Lets see if the departure bug is fixed. :) Make a booking, save. Extend booking for 2 more nights with altering the departure date. | ||
11. How about the chaning the number of nights? | ||
12. Cancel booking. | ||
13. Bring it back with Set to Quotation. | ||
14. Check in and go to Pay Bills. In the Payment link, choose Bank and Emailed Payment link. | ||
15. Same as in Survey 2.0 resend link from Pending Payments tab. | ||
16. Click on the first link sent and pay. | ||
17. Does system prohibit you to pay again? | ||
18. Are two payments shown in the scheduler? (Check out) | ||
19. You are a definitely a regular guest. Check yourself in. | ||
20. Go to Product and select one of the drinks with quantity on hand (Kombucha, Homemade Ice Tea, Coconut Water, Devils Peak) Note how much we have currently on stock. | ||
21. In POS, add 5 of the choosen product to your tab. | ||
22. Same in booking scheduler under Extras. | ||
23. Back in Products: Has it deducted the sold / handed out items? |

1. Go to Setup, Room Setup and chose a room that does not have a seasonal price yet. Due to we are all sharing Kamtest, add only one season to it. | ||
2. Again, go to Setup, this time click on Seasonal Master and add another room type and season to it. (If there aren't any left just create a new room type or delete a season) | ||
3. Verify in Scheduler if your seasonal rates are showing up correctly. | ||
